I had a highly disappointing experience with Real Himalaya Travel agency in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Not only did they fail to pay my salary for 30 days, but the entire team displayed extreme unprofessionalism throughout my time there.
The owner, Nisha Sharma, is particularly egregious in her behavior, frequently resorting to using abusive language with employees. This created a toxic work environment that was both demoralizing and unproductive.
Based on my firsthand experience, I strongly advise against working with the Real Himalaya Travel agency team. Their lack of professionalism, delayed payments, and mistreatment of employees make them an unreliable and unsuitable choice for anyone seeking employment in the travel industry.
