Hi,
My name is SHIVAM CHADHA register Paytm under mobile number 9891989170..I had used Paytm postpaid several times and paid the payment on time..but in January 2023 I delayed payment by 1 day and ur Paytm postpaid imposed huge penalty and late payment on me.
I received a call in Feb 2023 to make a payment and clear the dues..I was agreed and ready to make payment and request the executive to give me waiver if possible of late payment ..he also agreed and asked me to pay 8883 and committed to waive the rest around 1770 approx . But after paying the amount on 17th Feb I was getting calls to make balance payment..i chased that executive hundr times and always got a reply SIR DO NOT WORRY IT WILL GET WAIVED AND NO NEED TO MAKE PAYMENT after few months his mobile got switched off..now again in August I got a call from an executive and she commited the same but this time I got an email from Mr [email protected] sending a confirmation on my email that make payment of 1900 and rest of your amount will be waived…but still I am getting calls to pay 2525.Today early arnd 5 am i tried to contact Paytm customer care and had a chat with them and launched a compliant regarding this and they also assure to give waiver as I was commited but now again they have refused..
This a worst kind of harassment I am facing even after paying the amount as commited by Paytm and Aditya Birla staff.
They are spoiling my CIBIL for last 6 months..this is just a threat of paying illogical late payment fees and penalties by showing a knife in the name of CIBIL.
please help me in this matter ,a s I have proof of each commitment done by their staff..
Please some responsible person call me and settle this matter .
