I am Rajan Mittal. I have started taking ACT fiber net services from 10th June 2019.My connection is register on phone no. 9541769099.
Since the day i have taken the internet i am facing the issues and raised many complaint to ACT.
I am facing low speed issues and raised several complaints as the customer care requested for re-checking. I believe on your customer care executives and give them several times to repair the things but the same was not resolved.
However in the whole senerio i was mislead-ed by your sales executives and customer executives by following means:-
1.At when they approached me for the initiation of service , no one mentioned me that your net required 5G compatibility for faster net. Otherwise i would not prefer to have the same.
2.At time of start their executive stated only if net service was not good, money will be refunded. They mentioned that if net is not upto mark, i am eligible for refund of my amount within month. However suddenly, your sales executive denied refund mentioned i am not eligible for refund as i was using my own broadband, which not actually never disclosed to me.
3. I have raised complaint many times and their customer executive request for re-check. I believe in company as a honest company, rely on their executives. But never the problem was resolved. Even on the call over ACT executive few days before expiring 30 days, they requested for re check. I told them that my period will expire, he said no issues , if still not repaired, ACT will refund money. But i was dumb who believe in them , and trapped in their words.
They have denied my refund on undisclosed facts. Request you to take appropriate action against them.
