We have purchased a 65 inch TV on 29th Nov 2022.it got delivered on 30th Nov 2022 at 1.30 pm. As I will not be available tom for the installation, requested them to get the installation done today and they promised to get it done by 30th Nov 2022 as they mentioned that they have sent a mail to installation team. No one turned up till 4 . We have done multiple calling to them and they keep on giving us the false promise that it would be done same day. Its really not accepted from a brand like flipkart. Need to escalate this kind of behaviour.
