Text of Complaint by Devika:

I ordered a dining table as on 23rd July and the delivery date promised was 2nd August. After which i have almost followed up 3-4 times,( snapshot attached for all the queries raised) for a priority delivery or latest delivery by 2nd of August which was committed at the time of delivery, every time it has been assured to me that the delivery is on track and i will get the order latest by 2nd August. On 1st August afternoon I receive a message saying it’s delayed and I will get the delivery by 9th August since then I have spoken to more than 3 executive and have been trying to reach senior to escalate and get the order cancelled. They’re saying cancellation not possible but my only ask is if Flipkart cannot fulfil the promised delivery date then why as a consumer I don’t have a right to cancel? I have been requesting and begging them to help me or make me talk to some senior escalation point but they’re just giving me false promises and disconnecting the call. Saying that neither I can cancel nor I can deny at doorstep.

I request you to urgently look into the matter and help me with the fraud and careless customer handling from Flipkart . Executive I spoke to “Sana, Shivani, and the third one I dont recall”
