This is too much regretful to get these emails and inconvenience caused to me!
For last 03 months or more I have been requested to get this number converted to Pre-paid but All the issues are from Vodafone irresponsible services.
Are you aware of this? Have already categorically told the customer care and gave in written that if this issue is not resolved I’ll stop making payments. Check the usage – I DO NOT USE AT ALL .
Get this resolved ASAP and confirm OR else Porting is the only solution. Why the hell my number is non-working without you people resolving my issue.
