Respected Madam/Sir,

I am using Vodafone prepaid mobile connection from last few years. In recent past I am noticing multiple cases where charges has been deducted without any service opt or subscribed. In last two months I have faced these issue where amount has been deducted without opting any service. As I am using this mobile number limited to call only. I have talked to Vodafone store executive but they have excuse that you should be come here within 24 hours of deduction which is very impossible with private service. Over 198/199 call number there is no option for such complain. I am feeling cheated by Vodafone. I am suspecting that this is the method where Vodafone is targeting including old-aged or senior citizen (however I am not senior citizen and hence taking this option to stop this method/cheating).

Can you please help me to get this problem fix and revert my deducted balances? I am not sure how to address this issue as feeling helpless the way I am getting response or having option available.
