Text of Complaint by Rahul:

Month on month Airtel has been adding false charges to my bill. All my services request to rectify bills are closed without resolution. I am on international roaming and hence it is not easy to contact customer care. There is no response to the email sent to customer care or from Airtel appellate emails provided on their website. Their service quality has been worse. Can someone help get a response or suggest action
