Greetings,

I, Kumar Chattopadhyay, LT consumer of CESC, bearing customer ID 05001214815 & Consumer No. 05133156008, would like to inform you that since 16-04-2022 I am not staying at my following address and my last meter reading was 4243 and the same reading was shown in the every bill starting from April 2022 to February 2023.

Please note, While I left my residence on 16-04-2022 I switched off my Main Switch and MCB in order to cut off all loads connected.

But I am extremely surprised to see the bill of Rs. 1190/- for the month of March’2023 received this month without mentioning the present meter reading (Showing ****). I feel that it is a serious lapse on your part which is not acceptable.

I hereby attach all the relevant documents (Six nos) in order to justify my above statements.

There is no usage of electricity but bill shows that 174 units of electricity are used for the month of March – April 2023 which is absolutely incorrect as I am not staying at this residence as stated above.

In regard to the above I request you to investigate the issue and do the needful towards execution of corrective measures and resend the correct bill.

Your immediate action will be highly appreciated.
