Dear sir ,
In the beginning of the month ,i had decided to port from the exising service provider(vodafone to another network ) stating the excessive plan of vodafone postpaid and also poor network , however soon after porting request (NOTE: my bill cycle was cleared as on that date already), vodafone team had made a call from their support team assuring that the sim shall be changed to prepaid( that was my condition to stay on vodafone network),at no additional charges and that their agent shall make the necessary arrangement . 2 days pot the same ,their agent (Mr. Sathis/Sateesh) had collected the necessary documents and authorisation and also reconfirmed the same while handing over the sim stating the activation period as 3-4 days . However despite continues attempts to contact their team and also the said person , no support has been provided till date (20+days since the sim has been issued) . Today after pushing them all (the store team and the said person), i was told to clear the dues( Which were all cleared initially at the time of porting request),which is a clear manuplation from their end and a cheap trick to siphon money from existing customers . I would request you to take necessary actions against the same . If needed i shall provide the communication mails which i sent to various teams (not recieving solution even in one of those).
