I have ordered 43 inch Sony led TV on 02/12/2018 order no.6675689641 which I have cancelled on 03/12/18 and ordered again Sony 43 inch LED TV vide order no 6681510940.To my utter surprise and also after cancellation of order no 6675689641 on 03/12/18 I received a MSG on 05/12/18 that your led TV order no 6675689641 has been delivered to you.How it could be possible on the one hand Paytm mall team assured me that refund would be initiated within 48 hours and on the other hand they told me that we have delivered your order which I have not received and also I have cancelled this order when I talked to the executives they told me that the product has been delivered to you how it could be possible also what person order two TV of same brand also executives of paytm mall has not given any satisfactory reply.sir kindly help me as where I go regarding this and whenn I got my hard earned 64064/- also upto when I got my money back
