Text of Complaint by Krishn Ghiya:

Ajio had launched a huge marketing campaign stating that if customers shopped above 7,000 INR, then they would be given a free Superdry Branded bag worth 9,999 INR. Upon speaking with Ajio customer care, they told me that I had to wait until the return period of my items were over, and that they would send an email then with a coupon code via which I could order the Superdry Brand bag.

However, I did not receive any email from them. After several back and forths, I finally recieve an email from them with the coupon code, only to find out that the coupon does not work. The coupon is applicable on ZERO products from their website.

I believe this is a case of false advertising and fraud by the company, luring the consumers to spend more and then when the time comes to issue the rewards back, the consumers are left in the wind.

I would also like to state that I am not the only one that is facing the same issue, on Twitter several other consumers have also complaint and they have not provided a resolution to anyone.

I have emailed Ajio privately as well as on Social media, but all I receive in terms of replies are bot scripted responses asking me to send the screenshot of the offer, which I have sent several times.
