Hi,
With regards to your humble forum I would like to give complaint on HDFC credit card malpractice by HDFC Bank. The issue is about false advertising by HDFC Bank. I was contacted by a HDFC sales executive in 2017 and she promised me of a “Life time free credit card” and had sent it to my office without valid credentials like Account number and password etc.
I was under the impression that it is a life time free credit card and had’nt used it till date. As many months passed by I found out that the bank had put an outstanding credit of Rs5200 as credit card charges and are harassing me to pay the due credit. I hope the authorities would get well informed about their fraudulent practices and take necessary actions.
