Text of Complaint by Ganesh:

I have had 3 issues with ZOMATO. Neither one was resolved. The first one dating back 3 weeks ago (I’m still fighting with them about this). I had ordered mix pakora, channa bhatura and laccha paratha. My order was 1 hour late and I never received my pakoras. I received a 100rs credit for my order being late but they did nothing about the pakoras I never received. I e-mailed them pictures and was only lied to, saying they will credit another 100rs to my account but never did.

Second issue was yesterday. I had ordered a chicken meatball pizza and I had specified no black olives. When my food arrived, the pizza had black olives. When I complained to zomato they said they will bring another pizza but they couldn’t refund my order. When I explained to them about my health issues and I simply could not wait another 30mins, they didn’t care.

3rd issue was last night. I had ordered a box, and I opted for the “ON TIME OR FREE” which is false advertising because my order was 30 minutes late,  and they only credited 200rs to my account (which I did not yet accept) but my total was over 400rs. I told them this is false advertising and they didn’t care. The customer service is horrible with zomato and I just feel I was scammed and that now I don’t even trust ZOMATO. What can be done about this? This just doesn’t seem right or even legal.
