ICICI Lombard advertise shows that there is No Room Rent Capping for their Healrh Insurance Policy (https://youtu.be/IdTbrhZ9d9U). However, when you read their policy documents or talk to them on phone they provide different answers. Then after I raised a complaint through their Twitter profile they are now saying that Room Rent Capping depends on the Hospital TPA. Rhis is completely false advertisement. I have shared the youtube advertisement link. I also have screenshot of the false advertisement. Please help.
