Text of Complaint by Pradeep KP:

There was an ad offering recharge at old rates before Nov 25th before increase in prices and new recharge validity starts after the end of current pack validity. So I recharged a year pack, but the new validity started the same day I recharged. Now they are claiming that it is not valid, and airtel team did not extend my validity nor return my recharge amount.
