I had ordered a chip from Electronics Comp, with order id:- #3014618 which was supposed to be delivered by ekart logistics with tracking id:- SRTP0938461173. But in the evening I got two sms within a space of two and a half hours, the former being an sms for delivery time and the latter a delivered sms.
The first sms was sent at 7:24pm and the second sms at 10:05pm. No delivery agent ever called me up. And now, it’s shown “delivered” on the ekart tracking page.
I have not received my order yet. So I kindly request for either a complete refund or a belated delivery of my item.
