Hi
I made the payment little after the due date and they heavily charged. Also when they called up I asked them to waive off the charges and I will immediately make the payment. In due course they promised and gave confirmation link on my messages for the revised payment. I made the payment on the same link. Then they came back and started calling me 20 times a day for the charges.
Such bullshit promises they are making and they simply fool people around.
Take harsh and rude action against them whosoever fall on their trap.
