Text of Complaint by Lokesh Kumar Sharma:

I am Lokesh Sharma, I bought a realme phone last year that has 2 months left on its warranty period. About 2 days ago I encountered an issue with its screen, it started leaking pinkish fluids without any external damage or any impact from outside. I visited their service centre for the same concern but they denied me a free screen replacement by saying it was made by hard pressing just by seeing it from my hand and asking me to pay for the replacement, that guy didn’t even see it clearly. There’s not even a clear sign of outer impact but he doesn’t want to look at it and repeat the same statement. After some complaints to the service care centre I called the representative he finally made a Job Sheet for the same concern but didn’t pick up my phone to check, Just took a picture and gave it back to me. How could a job sheet be made by them without having that product in their custody for check? I dropped several emails and called the Delhi Service centre but didn’t get a single reply about the problem, every time they asked about sir what’s your problem? but no one there is ready to provide me solution for it.
The job sheet was submitted to their centre but without the product for check, I am having it with me.
