After having gone through entire papers as shown by my client above named, interacting with him and after being satisfied hereby send and serve this legal notice upon you of the contents noted below; 1) THAT at the outset it is made it clear that my client and his family were in the dire need of VACCUM CLEANER and finding your company to be reputed one and believing you to be genuine and proper ordered as per your wide spread invitation to purchase. Accordingly order on-26/11/2021 on line in order to purchase the same of BOSCH in which my client had belief. 2) THAT when payment was made on 06/12/2021 for the purchase of the above mentioned product but while the prodüct was being delivered by your(AMAZON) Courier/Delivery boy the product was not the same which perturbed my client as a result of which the same was returned and in the process the price of the desired product was already paid but your delivery person assured of returning back of the amount paid by my client and so was assured from company’s end but the same could not be materialized as yet despite several assurances having been given from you to my client is a matter of great concern. It is yet amazing that from your end assurance was being given that within a-day or- two my client’s money will returned and he will not in any manner be harmed. 3) THAT this legal notice is sent to you tor at once respanding in returning the money retained by you despite my client has not got any product what to talk of cherished product i.e. VACCUM CLEANER OFBOSCH.
