I booked Redmi note 7 on 03/04/2019 and did payment by phonepe i paid 13500. After payment, I get the order Id 18554081 and then I called the customer care. They told me that after 48 hours your dispatched number will be sent to your registered number. After waiting 48 hours I didn’t receive the consignment number of courier and they tell me that again wait for 48 hours. After I called them again they tell that your order has been sent to your nearest courier service without giving any tracking ID. Many times I have called the customer care but they didn’t give any satisfying answer. Also out of reach always. They are telling that the number is now switched off (18001021476). Please help i am student my number 8801806686
