I placed an order for about Rs.3000/- for which I paid via UPI and never got a receipt. I thought they would SMS or email me the order details, but no such communication ever came. Because no such thing had ever happened with me, so did not suspect anything initially. I realized that I had been scammed only after 10-12 days of placing the order, when I tried to log in to their website, which showed no records of my order.
