I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the product I purchased from your online store through an Instagram advertisement. The product I received was not the same as the one advertised, and it was clearly used and damaged.

I ordered a pair of jeans that were supposed to be brand new, high-quality. However, when I received the package, I found that the packed are internally torn and were dirty, scratched.

This is unacceptable and misleading. I feel like I have been scammed by company. I request a full refund of my payment and an apology for this inconvenience from company.
I hope you will take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly.
