I made a purchase of Rs. 1955/- from this website on 6th July. It’s a prepaid order as COD is not available due to Covid. I received an SMS stating my order confirmation and delivery date as 15th July and an email stating payment is successfull. Post that there is no update on my order. They do not even reply to our emails. Their website is also showing an error as if it does not exists. When I called them they said my order has been declined and asked for my account details to refund the money back. How can we trust them on this?On asking them why don’t they reply to our emails they said we cannot reply on email as we have a lot a work. They are just looting money and nothing else. It was an Ad showing up on Facebook of this website and the company helping them to get payments is Woo commerce. I want them all to be found and want my money back.
