Respected sir /madam,

I have purchased one mobile phone from given below the website link,https://www.shopmymobile.in/nefon-q20-ultra-5g-blue-256-gb-8-gb-ram-64mp-quad-camera-6000mah-lithium-ion-battery?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI7vH2-KTJ8AIVIcxzAR0IJwwIEAEYASAAEgKOJPD_BwE

I have paid INR 4499 for this online by my credit card, but after the order placed there is no track of my order I can’t log in to the website and I have got no such message from their end that when I will get my product.I search and found that they are actually a fraud.

So, I request you please do something to refund my money. I can share all necessary documentation with you if required.
