I have ordered a necklace from https://crystaljewellers.com site which costs me 1300, but they sent me a worst Rs.100 product and when I informed them about wrong product they told me to return product via https://crystaljewelleryindia.ecoreturns.ai/ link. But once we enter our details and product code then it starts showing that the product has been returned. But money wasn’t refunded and product was not taken back and the people also didn’t respond after that.
