I had bought a saree from their website (www.sareebit.com) on 2nd September,2023. The product was delivered onwards 8th September. After opening the product, I got strange.
I got a fully different colour of saree, which I have not ordered yet. After that I tried to contact with them many times through their website. But on today 20th September, their site still showing the product “to be delivered”.
There is no contact number. I had also mailed them. But no reply from them.
Pls. take the action against them and try to refund my amount as well.
