Hi
I have booked two flight tickets on 11th Jan in varafi.com site. They issues fake ticket with fake PNR no. On 13th, I received call from varafi.com customer care that ticket is aborted and they will refund money in next 3-4 days. I have not received any refund yet and their customer care does not pick up the call. Upon checking in google, I found that this is their modus operandi and they have cheated lot of people. I have also raised complaint with my bank ICICI as I had used ICICI credit card to do the transaction. ICICI fraud team carried out the investigation and reached out to varafi.com to make it disputed transaction however varafi.com has refused to acknowledge. I have attached fake ticket, mail from varafi.com on aborting and mail from ICICI bank. This site should be banned permanently to avoid other people getting cheated and criminal case should be filed against them
