I received called from a number saying Simpl pay I first disconnected the call but continuous call was coming and amount was deducted without getting any OTP. On submitting the complaint it was told to me that this is a scam which is taking place mainly for zomato and Blinkit using Simpl. Simpl pay people replied that the payment was done using zomato. I don’t use simpl pay nor zomato and now everyday I am getting call from Simpl pay regarding payment and they will take action. Unfortunately I have been sending mails to them but they are not replying. Thr customer care executive mentioned me to do online complaint on cyber crime.
