Text of Complaint by JERME:

I recharged the my phone for 2999 on November 30th 2022 which had offer for wynk and prime video free for one year, I also received a text to activate the prime video subscription. but when i called in the customer care to have this sorted I was told that the subscription was cancelled on Dec-6 for the plan I recharged and I was told to update the app. but when I rechanged the phone with the above mentioned plan the app still had the offer available and I also received text form Airtel to have it activated. I WANT THIS SORTED AND THE THE PERSON WHO SPOKE TO ME WAS RUDE AND WAS NOT READY TO LISTEN.
