I have Booked on Bookmytab on 8th July. 2020. Tablet Wizpad Z1 Pro 10.1, 6GB. 64GB for Rs.3999/-. They have given Mobile No. 8448440689 to do follow up of order but when tried to call after 6 rings it is disconnecting. With difficulty got the receipt downloaded in which the amount given was Rs.2999/-.
Later on 13th July 2020 I got parcel through bluedart with no receipt inside. The order no. was correct, but the tablet I got was old out dated with android 4 version os, which is not supported now, and with broken screen with scratches on screen & back panel. The specifications and model where no were near what the model a ordered from the site. Kindly help us to get money back and bring justice. They should not cheat any other customer.
