I had ordered two items at meesho on 7th nov2022 at the time of delivering the product shodowfax delivery partner named surya had called me regarding the delivery as i was at office the delivery was at my home i had instructed the delivery person to hand it over to my family member. The delivery partner has given wrong product and marked both the orders as delivered. When i reached home and checked it was a wrong product hence i checked in meesho app then i came to know delivery person has mentioned both the products as delivered. The same issue was escalated to meesho after their investigation i came to know that delivery person has done a fake signature on behalf of us and not delivered the product.
