My Aquaguard was not working and I registered a complaint through their mail. I got a call from Eureka Forbes and assured me to sent a technician on the next day. I got a call the next day from them asking for an appointment to come service my Aquaguard and said they are from Eureka Forbes. Next day a technician came and installed new filters and asked to update the AMC. As I was out of station, he called me and told me my AMC was expiring and I cant claim the filter so I have to pay. I paid him Rs 5100/- via gpay and he assured me an invoice will be sent. As it was always the routine, I did not suspect anything.
A technician named came home, serviced the Aquaguard and charged me 8500 INR for a 5-year AMC and said I will get the invoice soft copy later. When I received the soft copy it read as Sureka Forbes and not Eureka Forbes. After 2 months, my fliter was not working properly, so I again called the Eureka forbes technician and he came said I need to update mu AMC and the filter that in the aquaguard was local. I argued with him that their technician only came and changed the filter and I already paid for the AMC. When they checked they informed me that this is a local company and not associated with Eureka Forbes at all and I was cheated. I assured them that I have not called any local company.
The data is been leaked from euraka forbes as they call exactly during your service due time and also when AMC is over and that leads to confusion. But they also denied to take any action.

yes, similar incident happend to us.we have purchase eureka forber water purifier on 2023 feb month and on november end . 2023 it was leaking water.we lodged a complain in thier whatsapp number the complain number has registered.Next day a service persona came , changed the filter and took 6500 rs .
From Jan we started facing multiple health issues , all of our family member falling sick.
On Feb month we got call from eureka forbes, that Our AMC is getting end , we should renew our AMC and change the filter.I informed them we had changed the filter on nov by them and AMC is also done on NOV.
surprisingly, within 2 days water purifier started giving probllem, it was leaking wqater. we logged a complain and service person came and told the filter which we are using is expired one.and it has been installed by someone outside eureka Forbes company.
Looks like customer information is getting shared to outside local aquagourd stores and they are taking advantage of the situation.
now we changed the filter again paid 6500 rs amount and had a AMC with eureka forbes again.And within 5 days it started leaking water again.we logged a complain , called multiple times. they are not picking up the call
After spending 13000 rs , our eureka forbes water purifier is still not working.
