Hi ,
I purchased a product Nestle NesPlus Breakfast Cereal in Amazon on November 26th , I paid 290 INR for the product and I paid 120 INR for delivery. I never received a product,
I sent many emails to Amazon but Amazon never responded to me and Amazon changed the product status as product is delivered to the customer directly but I never received the product yet.
Amazon is cheating the valuable clients and 400 INR is a small amount. It’s been more than 2 weeks still I haven’t received the product. Amazon is charging a huge amount for delivery but not delivering the product.
Amazon is trying to grab the money from customers without any service and without delivering the product.
Please see the attached screen, this is very rude to change the order status before delivering the product to the customer.
