I ordered an Old model Neckband which is found only in this website , and its price 1599 rs. and the order id is 24595. OPPO Enco M31 Bluetooth Neckband and i Received Wrong item which is also faulty and also that wrong item price arround 700 rs and then i raise a return request they delete it and i mail them and they didn’t respond to my mail and the contact number they mentioned in website is Invalid , i lost my money please help and kindly look into this matter
