Hi,
Zomato is allowing outsiders to write reviews even though they havent ordered through the app. This has resulted in huge number of fake reviews giving five stars to food which is not worth it. When complained to zomato customer care, they just don’t care and ignore the problem. Most of the reviews for big restaurants are fake which is used to increase their rating
