Hi team,
I have received my order on 1 July 2023 and on same day I raised a request for return product and refund option
I have selected option for poor quality and in Flipkart application got the option for refund according to my selection got message that your refund is approved and till 5 July 2023 your product will be pickup by our delivery partner
But suddenly on 5 July I got a notification that you request is cancelled and again I applied for same option and spoken with support team they said your request is not full filling the policy of seller and today I got a call from Flipkart support team that our delivery partner said your product is mismatched and rejected my request.
