I have family connection of 4 numbers with Vodafone postpaid plan of Rs.999/per month. In month of October, they changed the plan saying that they upgraded my plan to Rs.1249/- per month with 5 connections. As I had only 4 connection, I did want to pay for extra connection. So I requested for porting as JIO is providing plan for 4 numbers @ Rs 999/- per month. Vodafone’s RM calls me to cancel my porting request and assures me that there will be Rs.75/- discount per month on each number. i.e Rs.300/- discount in total on the new plan. I trusted, cancelled my porting request. Since then, for last two month, I had to remind them every month of the discount and get it reduced from my bill. Now I receive a communication saying that they cannot offer me this discount. This is clearly breach of trust and dishonoring what was promised. I have written about this with call recordings as proof of what was promised. But now they are not honoring the word.
