I had get unacademy subscription one month ago. Firstly your side, counsellor
Give fake promises. I had purchased Cat Exam Subscription. He said that the course start with the basic unfortunately its not start. 2nd ly he promised about moks exam and sectional. Its also not in your course. So I Want my refund any how condition. The team not receiving any call from my side. I already registered this complaint on your help and mail. unacademy said resolve complaint in 24 to 48 hr but its not. now exam in 26 nov, and they not helping. I already registered 5 to 6 complaint on email and chat. but not response yet.
