Text of Complaint by Pujan:

I had ordered food from using Zomato app as on 11th August , i received a different ORDER so they initiated the process of refunding me the amount of 456 as on Sunday .

But i just received half amount 226 i raised this issue with them , now since Tuesday I have been committed , promised with fake sorries , and was given false hopes that i shall recieve it within 24 hours every single day since tuesday 13th august .

I have wasted alot of time in taking follow ups and i have faced mental harassment , they are doing this on purpose I expect a strong action to be taken towards them so that they dont fool regular customers like this .
