I had ordered for Noise combo of ear buds & smart watch after seeing the ad in the Facebook. The order number is 15694. order date is 28th Jan. Post that i didnt get any response & i kep writing emails to check the status of the product but emails were not getting delivered. finally i got a call from courier company Deliqon Express Private Limited stating that Noise product has arrived & i got a call from 09971888161 if the courier guy has delivered the product.I got the parcel paid money thru phone pay & after that when i opened the parcel i was shocked to see the product it some duplicate titan n fast track watches with strapped torn. I want the concerned to take necessary action.
