I ordered a 1099 offer which was a set of 3 shirts.

I did not get my order update so I called and checked, none of their nos are answered. Finally got a no, they told me the order did not go through so I will have to reorder.
I received the order in 5 days which was not what i paid for. So I reached out to the support no and after multiple tries, I requested to be refunded.
The person told me he will refund amount to my UPI account and asked for my ph no and insisted on knowing my bank balance which I did not give my balance, but they sent me a suspicious link to my an asked me to forward it to another no to process the refund!
When I question why i need to give these details, they hung up.
The person’s name is Ankit Jain (Pay U) against whose account the payment was made as per my bank.
Please look into this asap! before people lose trust on e-commerce
