Text of Complaint by Chitra:

I placed order for two decants of Lancome perfumes from snapperfumes based out of Bangalore on 29th March 2021

First of all the customer service is not at all prompt, some girl picked up the phone on 1st April 2021 and kept on convincing me that the product will be shipped out on 2nd April 2021 , at any cost

Finally it was shipped out on 3rd April and I got the product on 4th April 2021. Upon opening , I realised the product sample is that of some cheap diluted attar and not of the genuine product, as mentioned in their website

I have been requesting them to cancel the order since 1st April  and initiate a refund since then, but they are not listening

Inhave dropped an email with the same and whatsapp messages , but absolutely no response

Phone calls they have stopped answering
