Sir, My name is Pradeep singh This is regarding the vouchers which I bought recently from one of their marketing guys. Name is Akanksha singh her. contac no. is 9699413095 While explaining about the offer I was not told about the terms and conditions completely. Food is exclusive in resorts was only mentioned and not ‘Food is compulsory that too 1000rs per person per day’. While explaining about the scheme marketing person should have told me the terms and conditions completely and not after buying the vouchers and card activation. I don’t find this offer any beneficial for me and such a disappointment for misleading the people by giving incomplete information. When I asked for a refund, not even responding to it. nor recive a call
Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
