I ordered a product and when delivered realised it was fake. Nowhere on the website did they mention it’s a first copy. So I raised return and refund request but they are denying replying that – ‘This is first master copy we provide, this is not original one, picture uploaded on site is in hd/filterized.
We never said or mention that this is original one.
You paid for copy, In this amount we provide copy because original is more expensive than that customer.’
They are fake and cheating people.
My product cost is INR 3095. 00
