I purchased a pair of shoes worth INR 3095.00. When the product arrived thise were fake. I asked for refund and they denied stating “This is first master copy we provide, this is not original one, picture uploaded on site is in hd/filterized. We never said or mention that this is original one. You paid for copy, In this amount we provide copy because original is more expensive than that customer. ”
They have not mentioned it’s fake. They did not give clear information and trick people in buying fake products.
