I am writing to register a formal complaint against Symtten Company, a well-known seller of consumer products. I am deeply disappointed and aggrieved by the company’s unethical business practices, as I recently purchased three products from them that have turned out to be fraudulent and fake.

I have always been a loyal customer of Symtten, trusting in the brand’s reputation for delivering high-quality products. However, upon receiving these items, it became evident that they were counterfeit and significantly different from the authentic products displayed on their website and marketing materials.
The fake products exhibit the following discrepancies:
Poor Quality: The materials used in these items are substandard, causing them to break or malfunction shortly after purchase.
Ineffective Functionality: The products fail to perform their intended functions as advertised, rendering them useless and a waste of money.
Misleading Marketing: Symtten’s marketing claims about the product’s features and benefits are deceptive and do not reflect the actual performance of the items.
Health and Safety Concerns: One of the products poses a potential risk to health and safety due to improper manufacturing and hazardous materials.
I have made several attempts to contact Symtten’s customer support to address these issues and request a refund or replacement, but my efforts have been in vain. They have been unresponsive and unwilling to take responsibility for their fraudulent practices, leaving me with no option but to seek assistance from the consumer court.
I firmly believe that Symtten’s actions are in violation of consumer rights, and their deceptive practices have caused me financial loss, mental stress, and inconvenience.
Therefore, I kindly request the Consumer Court’s intervention in resolving this matter and providing appropriate relief. I seek the following remedies:
A Full Refund: I request a complete refund of the amount paid for all three fake products.
Compensation for Mental Agony: I seek compensation for the mental distress and inconvenience caused by Symtten’s dishonest practices, amounting to [Amount for Compensation].
Strict Action: I urge the Consumer Court to take strict action against Symtten to prevent such deceptive practices in the future and safeguard the rights of other consumers.
I am attaching copies of all relevant documents, including invoices, product images, and communication attempts with Symtten, as evidence supporting my claim.
I trust that the Consumer Court will take prompt action in addressing this matter and providing a fair resolution. I look forward to your timely response and cooperation in resolving this issue.
