My name is Mr. jatin deka from Jorhat (Assam ).
I have facing a problem from snapdeal.com, so i written to you for solving my issues .
On 14th January 2017, I was bought a phone from snapdeal.com (Micromax x602). But from last 15 days that headphones was didn’t worked with this phone .So i visited Micromax service center at jorhat town. They are told me that this phone was not original product ,it’s duplicate phone .Also give me a denial letter on my mail id .Now tell me that why snapdeal.com was provided to customers duplicate product.
