Text of Complaint by Alagu Sankar:

I received a fraudulent keyboard in the original product with its seal already broken. Somebody had taken away the original product worth Rs.10795, it’s paperwork and replaced it with a fake one that’s not even worth Rs.100
Despite numerous calls I made from October 7, I still haven’t received any solid response from Flipkart that my product will be replaced. I regret to tell you that this has been the worst online I’ve been ever part of till date. It’s really been a pain to say the least, to contact you guys daily and to see you guys reject calls, put calls on hold, disconnecting them during conversation, create worthless tickets, escalating them, closing tickets without a solution and creating new tickets again. I’M TIRED OF THIS !!!!!

And even after all of these tickets, I still haven’t received a callback regarding ANY ACTIONS OTHER THAN EVERLASTING NEWER DEADLINES. It’s been more than 17 days and I’m still calling your customer care in some long lost hope.
I escalated this twice to your grievance team already and have also raised a consumer complaint against the shady customer care practices and fake product delivery to me. I don’t know what else to do now.
