I ordered a Apple AirPods pro 2nd generation from flipkart and their seller was Treasure haul online. This is my order id OD332585564051451100 which I received at 16th October . I received fake product from flipkart. I have all proofs, the serial number in the invoice is matching with box as well as with AirPods case but when we connect with my phone or mac there is found a another serial number please check it that a fake serial number. I also visited apple customer service center they told us its a fake AirPods by touching it they will know. They also checked AirPods and provided job letter, I have attached photo of job sheet provided bt apple support. Please solve this issue as soon as possible I already contacted too many times with flipkart customer support as well as apple support but still i have not get solution till date. They told me at 21 October that you will get solution by 26 October and then they told for 29 October and then 30 and then 31 but still i have not received any kind of solution or any back call from flipkart or any email. I’m so fed up now.
I have been mentally harassed by this service. Please do something by your side.
